Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stratavue products operated by Joe Reid, trading as Stratavue (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or making payment for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
“Service” means the Stratavue web application at stratavue.co.uk and teams.stratavue.co.uk.
“Customer” means the organisation or individual that has agreed to these terms.
“User” means an individual authorised to access the Service under a Customer account.
“Subscription” means a paid plan with recurring billing.
2. Account creation and eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information at signup and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One individual login per User — account sharing is not permitted.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis. A 14-day free trial is available for the Stratavue Teams tier. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store full card details on our systems.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data structures from the Service; use automated tools to abuse the Service or generate excessive load; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the Service to circumvent the regulatory obligations of any third party.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including software, designs, and trademarks.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, material breach of these terms, or where required by law. On termination, you may export your data in line with our Privacy Policy and your rights under UK GDPR.
7. Liability and indemnity
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to these terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
